Online Orders

All order placed online can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To return or exchange your order, please contact us by email at or by phone at 01 42 21 40 97.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and without any signs of use. When packaging your return, please ensure that the items are in their original packaging.

Each piece will be carefully examined in our workshop to detect any micro-scratches that indicate the item has been worn. In this case, the request for an exchange or return will be declined.

Elie Top reserves the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the jewellery has not been returned in its original condition or if the piece shows micro-scratches indicating that it has been worn.

Once your request is processed and the check-up is completed, you will be notified by email within 48 hours.

Elie Top will refund the total price of your order using the same method you used to make your payment, deducting shipping fees and taxes that we incurred during shipping. Elie Top will not be responsible for any fees charged by your bank or financial institution for this refund. You should receive your refund within 3 to 5 open days.

Please note that for returns outside the European Union, we do not cover the return fees and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products are safely returned to us. Elie Top will not be responsible for any damage until the reception of the return or exchange. We recommend insuring the shipment for security and traceability, which provides you with proof of shipment.

Non-exchangeable and non-refundable products.

Customized and made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled or returned for an exchange or a refund, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
